Google Enterprise - Important changes regarding administrator account recovery

As part of recent enhancements to the automated administrator account recovery process, we will no longer be using the secondary email address indicated in the Google Admin console for administrator account recovery. Instead, super administrators can now add their own recovery email address and phone number to their super administrator accounts.

You can learn more about updating the account recovery options in our Help Center. For more information about the new recovery process, please refer to the account recovery instructions.

We encourage all super administrators to keep their recovery information up to date. From now on, super administrators will be regularly prompted to update their recovery details.
